Our Story

I didn't start in a corner office. I started in a restaurant at 14, and never really left.

After college, I built a career leading marketing across every kind of business — agencies, independents, and multi-unit chains. Over 15 years, that meant working with brands like Fishbowl Marketing, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants, Luna Grill, Jack in the Box, and RASA Restaurants. I ran campaigns that drove 10x returns. I built loyalty programs that grew revenue 33% year over year. I opened 12 restaurants. I managed multi-million dollar media budgets and led teams built of creative and analytical marketers.

And then I decided to take everything I learned inside those organizations and bring it directly to the brands that need it most — the ones that are too good to stay small and too scrappy to afford an agency.

That's method + muse.

Meet Morgan

Strategy is what I do. Hospitality is what I know. Wellness is what I’m passionate about.

I'm Morgan Rogers — founder, strategist, and the person who will actually be doing your marketing. Not an account manager. Not a junior associate. Me.

I live in Alexandria, VA with my family. I spend my mornings at the gym and my weekends at farmers markets and restaurants worth driving to. I take my coffee with oat milk. I think great branding should feel as intentional as a well-designed space — nothing extra, nothing missing.

That perspective shows up in the work. The brands I'm drawn to — and best at marketing — are the ones built by people who care deeply about what they've made. Independent restaurants. Boutique fitness studios. Wellness brands. Lifestyle concepts. Places and products that deserve more than a generic content calendar and a boosted post.

Our Philosophy

Why independent brands, specifically.

Most marketing consultants either come from agencies — where the work is strong but the overhead is enormous — or from freelance backgrounds without the strategic depth that comes from years of doing this at scale. I sit in between: senior-level thinking, without the layers.

I also have something most consultants in this space don't: dual fluency. I understand the operational realities of running a restaurant — ticket times, comps, third-party delivery margins, the chaos of a Saturday night. And I understand the wellness consumer: what motivates her, how she discovers brands, what makes her loyal. That combination isn't something you can fake.
